The Action Teams

Nine action teams, made up of Southland’s best leaders, are at the hub of the Southland regional development strategy.

Each team is working to produce a team action plan by July 2016. These action plans will focus on identifying specific, achievable activities that contribute to the strategy’s goal—more people.

In July 2016 the action plans will be submitted to the strategy’s Governance Group and then fed into an overarching plan. This plan will be available for community consultation and feedback.
